SVS operates out of their private facility at 1075 Jacobsen Lane in Petaluma with full service staff. SVS staff is led by Barn Manager Tracy Mirabelli, Head Groom Ruben Jimenez and Office Manager Joan Glynn.

The new 30 stall barn was completed in 2007.

Client tack rooms, blanket storage rooms, laundry area, and office are all located inside the new structure.

There are indoor & outdoor cross ties, and wash stalls with hot & cold water.

Our original wood barn also offers large stalls with paddocks, and extra large stall options. All of the barns offer tack areas as well as separate storage for blankets, turn out boots, etc.

Our large 153x330 foot outdoor arena has a grass jumping bank. Both arenas boast all rubber footing, groomed daily, with beautifully painted show jumps.

80x200 fully covered indoor arena, with lights. Both of our beautiful arenas provide plenty of training space in rain or shine.

All-weather turn outs are available all year long. Horses are turned out 6 days a week.

Large grass pastures with paddocks.

Our 5-horse eurocizer has rubber footing, and sprinklers for perfect footing year-round.
